The Client can benefit from the right of cancellation, as provided for by the Luxembourg legislation. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to make the return request, the Customer must contact QBOX by e-mail at email@example.com within 14 days from the reception of the order, indicating the order number. Only on this ground, QBOX will send the Client an e-mail with the instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify : the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return and a request for exchange. Returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer.

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claim.
If the item is refused by QBOX, it is returned to the Customer at the expense of QBOX without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
Orders placed on the QBOX website can be returned or exchanged in our store in Luxembourg.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A Customer may request an exchange of his or her item within 14 days from the date of the order.The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
